Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Lovink, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account or use Lovink. Minors are strictly prohibited from using the dating functionality or creating an account on Lovink.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You have never been convicted of a felony or a registrable sex offense.
• You are not currently barred from using dating services under applicable laws.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access Lovink features, you must register an account using a supported authentication method (such as Phone Number OTP or Email). You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile updated.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support.lovink@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4. User Profiles and User-Generated Content

Lovink allows users to upload profile photos, write biographies, answer profile prompts, specify dating preferences, and exchange messages with mutual matches ("User Content").

You retain ownership of the content you post on Lovink. However, by posting User Content, you grant Lovink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and adapt your content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and providing the Service.

You are strictly and solely responsible for all User Content you post or transmit through Lovink.

5. Matching, Messaging and Interactions

Lovink provides location-based discovery and matching features where users can express interest by liking or passing profiles. Direct messaging is enabled only between users who have mutually matched or through designated interactive features (such as Super Likes).

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both online and offline. Lovink does not conduct background checks or verify the criminal history of its users. Please exercise caution, good judgment, and review our Safety Tips before meeting anyone in person.

6. Prohibited Conduct

When using Lovink, you agree that you will NOT:

• Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your age or identity.
• Post explicit nudity, pornography, sexually graphic material, or violence.
• Engage in harassment, stalking, intimidation, bullying, or hate speech.
• Solicit money, financial assistance, investments, or commercial services from other users.
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, prostitution, escort services, or spam.
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code designed to compromise app security.
• Scrape, crawl, reverse-engineer, or automatedly extract data from the Service.

7. Harassment, Abuse, Fraud and Impersonation

Lovink strictly prohibits abusive behavior, harassment, fraud, catfish accounts, and identity theft. Users who create deceptive profiles or engage in fraudulent activities will face immediate, permanent account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement where required by law.

8. Sexual Content and Exploitation Prohibition

Lovink prohibits sexually explicit, pornographic, or non-consensual sexual content. Uploading, sending, or requesting sexually graphic photos, non-consensual sexual imagery, or engaging in commercial sexual solicitation is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate enforcement.

9. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Prohibition

Lovink has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), grooming, or minor exploitation of any kind.

Minors are prohibited from using Lovink. Any content or account suspected of involving child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, sextortion, or minor harm will be terminated immediately, and details may be reported to relevant law enforcement agencies and child safety organizations (such as NCMEC) in accordance with global legal obligations.

10. Reporting and Blocking

Lovink provides built-in safety mechanisms on all user profiles and direct message conversations:

• In-App Reporting: You can report any profile or message directly from the app interface by tapping the options menu and selecting "Report". Selectable reasons include inappropriate content, harassment, spam, fake profile, or underage user.
• Blocking Users: You can block any user at any time. Blocking immediately removes the match, hides your profile from them, prevents further messaging, and operates bidirectionally across the platform.

11. Content Moderation and Enforcement

To maintain a safe environment, Lovink uses automated content moderation tools (such as automated photo safety classification) alongside human moderation review queues to evaluate reported content and photos.

We reserve the right to review, flag, remove, or modify any User Content that violates these Terms, and to issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans at our sole discretion without prior notice.

12. Photo and Profile Verification

Lovink may offer photo verification features (such as selfie pose verification) to help users confirm profile authenticity. While photo verification adds an extra layer of trust, verified badges indicate matching facial structure between selfies and profile photos and do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or background check by Lovink.

13. Location and Discovery Features

Lovink uses your device location (coordinates or city selection) to display potential matches within your specified discovery radius. You can adjust location settings and discovery preferences within the app settings. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on location data handling.

14. Premium Memberships and Subscriptions

Lovink may offer optional paid premium subscription tiers (such as Lovink Gold or Premium) providing enhanced features like unlimited likes, seeing who liked your profile, and advanced filters. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) account.

15. Boosts and In-App Purchases

Users may purchase consumable virtual items, such as Profile Boosts or Super Likes, to temporarily increase profile visibility or send highlighted interactions. Consumable items are non-transferable and expire upon use or account closure.

16. Payments, Renewals, Cancellation and Refunds

Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings.

Refunds: All purchases are processed by the respective app store platform. Payment processing, cancellations, and refund requests are subject to the terms and refund policies of Google Play or Apple App Store. Lovink does not directly process store refunds.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, restrict app access, or remove your profile at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or posed a safety risk to other users.

18. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time directly within the app by navigating to Settings → Account → Delete Account.

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion online at https://lovink-99cac.web.app/delete-account or by emailing support.lovink@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". Account deletion permanently deletes your profile, matches, messages, and uploaded photos.

19. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Lovink application—including code, user interface designs, brand assets, logos, graphics, trademarks, and service marks—are owned by or licensed to Rahul Parmar. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial dating purposes.

20. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, NOR DO WE GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC NUMBER OF MATCHES OR SUCCESSFUL DATING OUTCOMES. WE DO NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON USERS.

21. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RAHUL PARMAR AND LOVINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS.

22. Changes to Terms

We may modify or update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page and revise the "Effective Date" at the top. Continued use of Lovink after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
